• At our exclusive career events , you can get to know students personally and sustainably.
• We address the students according to your recruiting goals:

• At all events, you will receive the CVs of the participants in advance so that you can conduct individual interviews with particularly interesting candidates on site
• and to keep in touch after the events.
• We also advertise your in-house events for you via our event calendar and in our monthly newsletter to all students. [Registration form]
• You can post up to 10 job advertisements per semester free of charge on our job board.
• You have access to the LMU Talent Pool profiles. You can contact the candidates you are interested in directly at any time.
• For the duration of your membership, we offer you a virtual exhibition stand on our partner site and invite you to our cultural and sporting events with LMU alumni and students, e.g. the LMU Golf Community.
• Depending on the package booked, the partnership includes one or more free career treks to your company.
• As a partner, you can take part in new piloted trade fair formats free of charge .
• If you wish, you can organize business case workshops with a professionally selected group of students as part of the Q4 Internship Flash.
• Furthermore, our social media team will visit you on request to shoot an Insta story with you for your and our site.
• We also regularly report on our partner companies on LinkedIn . We also proactively connect you with students who match your advertised positions.
• Please book the events via our Career Community Portal. The contract is concluded after we have checked and confirmed the booking.

At LMU Career Service events, you don't (just) impress our students with giveaways and a large exhibition stand. The focus is on your company, your representatives on site, your vision, your mission - in short, your employer brand.

• Our event participants - companies and students - often tell us afterwards that the career discussions at our events are more intensive, more concrete and more goal-oriented.
• The students are well prepared, inform themselves in advance about the participating companies and often approach recruiters and experts with concrete application plans.
• Our events are designed so that all companies have the same exhibition space available for tables, chairs, roll-ups and giveaways. We deliberately do not differentiate according to industry and company size.
• We provide tables, chairs, electricity, catering and co. Ideally, you come with two roll-ups, at least two representatives and, depending on the size of the event, giveaways for the students in attendance.

With our regularly published flyers, posters and banners at the main building and at the main canteen, we advertise you and your events at LMU all year round at all LMU locations and at the "Universität" subway station.

• Meet & Greet (Tuesdays during the semester 6 - 8 p.m., approx. 15 - 30 students who match your recruiting profile). - We recommend this format to larger companies. Your company introduces itself to our students.
• Career Trek (Wednesdays during the semester 12 - approx. 2 p.m., min. 10 to max. 20 students who have a specific interest in your company and match your recruiting profile). - We visit you at your company for a keynote or quick win workshop followed by a business and networking lunch.
• LMU Working Here & Abroad (25.04.25 and 24.10.25) - We recommend this format for companies of all sizes that work in an international context. It is aimed at international students who want to stay in Germany after their studies and at domestic students who want to get to know international companies. Approx. 20 companies meet approx. 200 students.
• LMU Career Talk (09.05.25) - We recommend this format for companies of all sizes. Approx. 30 companies meet approx. 300 students. The topic of the Career Talk panel relates to a current / relevant career topic and changes annually.
• LMU Career Marathon (13.06.25) - We recommend this format for companies of all sizes for which the topic of diversity, inclusion & career plays a key role. Approx. 30 companies and approx. 300 students take part. In addition to an exhibition stand, you can contribute with a keynote speech.
• LMU Shape Your Career MINT (11.07.25) - This format is suitable for companies of all sizes that are interested in STEM students. Approx. 15 companies meet approx. 150 students from the relevant disciplines. In addition to an exhibition stand, you can contribute with a keynote speech.
• LMU Shape Your Career CONSULTING (26.09.25) - This format is suitable for companies of all sizes that are active in the consulting sector. Approx. 30 companies meet approx. 300 students who have consulting as a career goal. In addition to an exhibition stand, you can contribute with a keynote speech.
• LMU Career Forum - the classic fair format for all companies at the start of studies and the semester (21.11.25). Approx. 30 companies meet approx. 400 students in the atmosphere of a classic career fair. In addition to an exhibition stand, you can also contribute with a keynote speech.
• LMU Q4 Internship Flash (05.12.25 - final fair) - During the year, we offer students a one-day micro-internship together with you at our or your premises. The students work with you in a team to solve a business case workshop from your corporate world.

Shape Your Career! Consulting

• The venue for the fair is the Kardinal-Wendel-Haus in Munich
• The event will open for students at 9:00 a.m. We will be there for you from 8:15 a.m.
• You can have roll-ups/advertising material delivered the evening before. Ideally, however, you should bring these with you on the day and take them with you again in the evening.
• You will need one or two roll-ups and giveaways for approximately 100 students.
• A trade fair stand is not required. We will provide you with a table where you can talk to interested students and display your advertising material.
• WiFi and power (for your company stand) are available on site.
• The dress code for students is open/casual/smart casual.
• The students will wear name tags.
• On the Monday before the event, you will receive a list of pre-registered students and their CVs.
• You can continue to use the CVs for recruiting purposes for up to four weeks after the event, or longer if you decide to continue the recruiting process in individual cases, in accordance with your own data protection regulations.
• We will provide you with name tags.
• Please let us know by email at least 5 business days before the event who from your company will be attending and accompanying the event so that we can prepare the name tags and table documents for you (LinkedIn profiles for networking).
• NEW: Please also let us know by email whether you, as an exhibitor, would like a packed lunch at your stand or whether you would like to join the students at the networking buffet (our recommendation for networking purposes).
• If required, we can provide you with a parking permit. Please let us know before the event if you need a permit. However, we generally recommend that you use public transportation.
• The event will be documented by our professional photographer Sabine Jakobs. Feel free to ask her if you would like her to take a photo of you and your team on site. We will try to ensure that every company is featured in one or more photos.
